Everyone at the front desk was extremely polite and very nice staff

The front desk clerk was not very friendly. She had problems checking me in. She also gave info on two ways to enter, which were completely on the other side of my room. After I walked from one end to the other to get to my room I notice my room was next to another way in. Bathroom door did not close, tv in bedroom was not there.
