Nice inexpensive alternative close to downtown Bed and shower were great! Room was clean. Breakfast was questionable with 2 choices of granola bars and coffee. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was alright, but I was NOT pleased with the "breakfast included" aspect of my booking. All they had was coffee, hot water, tea bags, and granola bars out and they called it "breakfast on the go". That is NOT what the booking description mentioned and should be taken off for the near future so it won't confuse potential guests. Also, our bathroom and room was crawling with tiny roaches. Great location, only a 10-15 min drive to downtown I opted to try one of Expedia's Unpublished Rates deals where you can get a hotel room at a cheaper price, but you do not know the name of the hotel until you purchase. I was comparing hotels to one I had already reserved, since I was able to get a 2.5 star rated hotel at the same price in the same area, I decided to try it. The hotel was really nice and clean. Almost inner city. Austin has grown. Excellent staff. Right after SxSW. The place was clean. Room much better than expected. Room bigger than expected. Quiet AC, not like most, quiet and efficient. Will stay again.

Uncomfortable The staff was extremely nice, but my stay was uncomfortable. The building outside of the room was freezing. I am not sure why it was 40 and 50 degrees outside at night and they had the hallways freezing also. I heard several other guest complain of the same thing.
