4 out of 5 Great customer service. Room was decent. Shower tiles could have been cleaner but it wasn't bad. And they allowed pets, which is a plus for me. And even though the dog on the other side of the hall kept barking, i couldnt hear it as soon as i shut my door. I'd stay there again

Average value Everything considered, it is slightly above average. However, the dog-barking part next room around 5 am in the morning bumped the rating to just average.

Great place to stay on a budget I always know exactly what I'm getting when I book extended stays. Not the fanciest, but always clean and has everything needed for a vacation/ business trip. This time I booked a 2 br and took the kids. The adjoining rooms with living area meant we had plenty of room for my crazy girls to run around without feeling cramped up and it's always nice having a kitchen table and kitchenette when traveling with kids. BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK HOTEL IN AUSTIN! Will stay again.

Great Deal, Staff GREAT!! We received a King Suite when we only paid for a queen. The room was spotless, the staff was great. The location worked well for us because it was only a 15 minute ride to everything but yet still very quiet and peaceful. My only complaint is that they did not have a hot tub.

not too bad, not too good ... I booked because it was cheap, last minute and I needed a kitchen cause my hubby doesn't like restaurants. The kitchen was disappointing. two pots, no silverware, no papertowels (thank God, we bought some), no dishwasing liquid. It did not feel as clean as it could have been. The light was out in the bathroom and my husband had to get one from the desk and replace the bulb because the maintenance folk were out for it was Sunday. Okay Room was clean enough, but hallways were not vacuumed. The card reader on the door to the parking lot did not work causing some inconvenience.

Great Value Our 6 day stay was a great value. Staff was accomodating and available. Quiet, easy access location. Clean, large space, great bed. Would definitely choose as a value-price option.
