Good stay, will go back Everything was as advertised. Clean room friendly staff members at a decent price. I'll definitely go back. Hallway carpet is worn, but heck it's like that every where. Pick your battle. Great stay.

Most accommodations were great! Although they had coffee in the room, no decaf and didn't usually provide it. They found some, which was nice, but it was a pouch for a full 12 cup coffee maker and the room only had 4 cup maker. But nice they found some. Only real complaint, if any, was all the carpets in the halls and rooms were dirty and stained. Everything else was clean and comfortable but having dirty carpets makes one think the place is not clean. But the room was quiet even being close to the freeway. Loved the "cubbie... read more

A bargain at the price. We had a 2 room king suite. The bed was very comfortable & there were a variety of pillow thicknesses to choose from. The sink had a huge vanity with lots of space to put your things. In addition, for long-tern guests, there were drawers & shelves in the vanity area. The living room was big, with a comfy sofa. The kitchen was basic, but everything worked well. Our only issue was an odor (not strong, but very noticeable) of cigarette smoke in the hallway.

not enough soap and there were no shampoo. Never have to worrry thiese before with other hotels. not really worth the price we paid.

Near remote office The place works, but the furniture/inside conditions are old and the walls are thin.

Not so good for families There was nobody at reception on Saturday evening to book in and we had to wait ~ 30 min before the receptionist arrived without proper explanation. The room was advrtised to include breakfast - there was instant oats, hot water, really weak coffee, small muffins and granola bars. It is a very long sterch to call this breabfast..... There were two high def TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchenette/playroom and a large king size bed with several pillows

Oh well too bad policy I checked in at 5:00 - there was a problem with having a clean room available (I don't know why) And bc I booked through hotels.com I was basically cast aside and left on my own with an 800 number to take care of it myself. I felt there was a huge disconnect between booking through extended stay and using hotels.com. The problem was with the extendeded hotel having not having rooms ready bc "only 1 cleaning person was in that day and she wanted a break" and not bc of hotels.com so I thought it was anno... read more
