Not so good for families There was nobody at reception on Saturday evening to book in and we had to wait ~ 30 min before the receptionist arrived without proper explanation. The room was advrtised to include breakfast - there was instant oats, hot water, really weak coffee, small muffins and granola bars. It is a very long sterch to call this breabfast..... There were two high def TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchenette/playroom and a large king size bed with several pillows

Pretty Good! The Internet is terrible, they want you to pay an upgrade fee. There's free "on the go" breakfast until 9:30 which means it's mini muffins and nothing gluten free at no hour that I would wake up on a vacation. Also, 183 is always loud along with the rampant children there. I have no real complaint about the stay other than one should request a room not near the laundry and such, it was very loud. Great hotel Clean and neat. Room was spacious. Towels clean, had appropriate appliances.

My biggest problem was the 45 minutes it took for your operator to process everything and get me on my way. Far too long. Wasn't pleased and probably won't use again.

Family visit The best thing about the room was that it was large . the air conditioner was alittle loud but worked good.

Clean room, horrible customer service The rooms were fine; clean, spacious and well kept. The customer service on the other had was terrible. They had construction in the front entrance but did not bother to keep the back door open for guest who are checking in to enter. Then when I returned to my room at 11:30 pm, my key would not work(oddly it worked before). Instead of having to wake up my fiancé after a 9 hour drive, I walked to the front desk to have my key reprogrammed. I found a sticky note explaining that no one woul... read more

Dirty room floor The room had dirty floor and the refrigerator makes some kind of door opening noise that scared me out a few times at night thinking someone opening my door.
