Staff was excellent, my room was not. Windows were open and I could not close them, no kitchen accessories, and there were visible roaches.

dirty, no service, only coffee for breakfast have to pay for maid service, empty trash no new linen or towels, floor wet rood dirty, only coffee for breakfast

Embarrassing I can tell you because they lost our reservation even though I read our reservation number to her and the headquarters actually you confirmed that we had reservation the young lady behind was so rude that after waiting around at the labia she told us our rate would be a $104, and then 15 minutes later as she tells someone else on the phone $84 an hour. The front desk man was very nice, but when I went to go to sleep the bed was damp on one side and smelled like urine. I had to toss out my clothes and take a shower. When I went to complain at the front no one was there. I waited for 15 minutes. Same thing in the morning when I went to to check out. Plus someone was cooking something and the smell was very strong and not pleasant.

There was chunks of hair in our bed. The bathroom wasn't clean and there were ants. The whole hotel was HOT and smelt weird

POOR!!! I would not stay there again, pillows not comfortable, they said they had continental breakfast and nope that was a lie. We stayed 2 nights there and they never came to clean our room we had to take the dirty towels to them because they never came to give us fresh ones. We had to throw the trash because they never did. In other words it's not worth the stay there...
