Very convenient location, but... The floors in the room were sticky. It was a non-smoking room, but you could smell smoke in plumbed areas (bathroom sink, tub and then I checked the kitchenette sink and it smelled there also). Also, they only had sweetened creamers for coffee, no milk or cream. Only apples and oranges for fruit, then everything else was in packages. (Expected just a little bit nicer.) Extended stay mistake We booked this hotel as we had a funeral to attend in Pflugerville. Many hotels were full and we needed to be close to the funeral home. This seemed like a good option although we didn't need the kitchenette. The problems we had were as follows: We were informed that they only had one luggage caddy & it was in use. Unclean hotel, poor service and dirty restroom. The hotal was not clean when I checked in, I had to wait one for the hotel person to clean the restroom. The carpet had red stains and the Towels were dirty.

look elsewhere!!! Horrible place. Do not stay here. Rooms stink, hallways stink, dirty towels. I checked in went to the room turned around and canceled. Horrible place

Never again Never again am I stayin at this hotel chain. The hotel was dirty. The elevator was dirty and it stayed like that throughout the weekend we were there. The hallways were dirty and the room we were in was dirty. There was trash under our bed. I tried calling downstairs, but nobody answered. The location is nice. Right next to the interstate.

Extended Stay Hotel very basic semi clean room, although it was an extended stay room , you had to order all of the kitchen utensils form the front desk. Elevator was the slowest I think I have ever been on. Was quiet all night though. Pretty cheap rate, I guess you get what you pay for. Won't be staying here again.

Horrible Experience This hotel allows pets. Totally missed that when booking. We were passing through and everything was booked everywhere, so had to settle for this hotel. Check in took 45 minutes as there was a line and only one computer. Our room was DIRTY, SMELLED HORRIBLE AND HAD DRIED DOG POOP ON THE CARPET! I had read the reviews before booking, in which, people gave it a 4.5 / 5 stars. I think they were from another planet. This place is a negative 10. They always had dirty mop buckets or open paint cans on the elevator. They did not do any housekeeping at all during my whole 3 night stay. The staff was not accomodating.
