Acceptable and clean, but customer service minimal What was fine: Location is excellent, with a number of nearby restaurants and right off the interstate. Rooms were clean and it seemed safe. What was less than stellar -- we had been driving 14 hours, super fatigued, and bringing in all our luggage. Security and the person at the front desk just looked at us as we tried to maneuver the door, with no effort to help. My new go to from now on! My stay was great from checkin to check out. There was no bad smell, rooms were greatly upgraded and accommodating. All security door were properly working which made me feel safe . No bugs which was a A+ in my booking bring that ot has a a kitchenette . Its had everything you needed around the neighborhood so you didnt have to travel away from the hotel of you didn't want to ( Ross was across the street! ). I will be staying h here from now on .

I was very pleased with this hotel. It's in a very convenient location, close to restaurants, banking, shopping, highways. The front desk man was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, and larger than I expected. Excellent value for the price.
