Pillow was not comfy and not enough, upgrade kitch Kitchen is good but why you have to carry your coffe maker & utensils & plates to the room why it is not in the room .? Needs more comfy pillow & heavier cover.

Could have been better... The door lock didn't work, so all we had was the top latch. Being in an unfamiliar area, this made me uneasy. The coffee area was put away before 10, and there was no breakfast.

Not a good area to stay My first reaction to this Hotel was the poor customer service that was provided when we first arrived. There was two receptionist at the front desk, neither of them greeted us not smiled. I initiated the greeting, and their response was not genuine. We checked in and the whole process was not friendly. we go to our room, and our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The next morning we left the Hotel early and there was a homicidal right in the corner of the street where the Hotel is located. ... read more

Happy; would book again Needed just one night, but the room was spacious, clean, up to date and comfortable. There are a few choices for food and coffee nearby too so was a good deal.

A very clean hotel The first thing I noticed when entering our room was how refreshingly clean the room smelled. There is one thing I feel could be improved was the gentleman working the desk in the evening hours..We had a few questions and he didn't seem to care about our needs..It really wasn't a big deal but his attitude was "what do you want me to do about it"
