The customer service was excellent and over all stay was great. The room was very clean as the hotel was too.

Clean and comfy Nice stay. Clean and comfortable except the chair did not recline (broken). I will stay again.

It was a pretty average service. My main recommendation is to train the front desk employees to smile more and learn customer engagement. I did not feel any excitement or customer service pizzazz that I typically experience from Double Tree, Hamptons or the cheaper Hilton hotels.
