The ladies are the front desk since i have been there since september have been awesome. They have really helped me alot
The staff was wonderful & very accomodating. It was a little odd that the room had a kitchenette but you had to ask at the front desk for dishes, silverware, pans & then I had to go back again to ask for dish soap. The room seemed very dated. I thought it was clean until I dropped my kindle & looked under the bed for it. UGH! I also had to go to the front desk to ask for blankets. There were no blankets in the room. Easy check in -super friendly staff
The bath tub was dirty I had to Lysol wipe out dark black spots on the tub floor. The ac unit vibrates a very loud annoying noise. The phone AND the fridge were not plugged in when I arrived and I ended up having warm drinks for the following days drive. Homeless camp in the woods next to the right sight parking lot. Over all huge POS hotel. The lady at the counter was super nice but took me and the guy in front of me over 10 min per check in. It shouldn’t be like that at all!
