The customer service could have been better.Upon entering the hotel at 115 p.m. I was not greeting at the time the room on the first floor was ready. The gentleman enter the front desk and did not speak and I said hello. He did not saying abything. Therefore I thought the young man was hard of hearing Customer service can be better The lady we going put them in 103 like we were not human the front desk and take some customer service training because they should be little friendly . No lights in the hall way
