Confusing I was dropped off here by a cab from the airport at 1:30am. Apparently there are two Extended Stays right down the road from each other and I was dropped off at the wrong one. There was no one at the desk and the door was locked so I had to call and wait for someone to come around. They would not just transfer my room, even though they had availability because I had booked through Expedia.. so they said they would have to charge me again. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and there was no housekeeping. Nobody checked on us the whole time. We put our trash in the hall the second day and nobody picked it up until we were leaving. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The front desk people were very helpful.

Great last minute find We had a family member to get sick in Baltimore. We went on line and most hotels in the City were booked. I chanced upon this location and actually said that this is too good to be true. Fortunately I was wrong, this was a nice hotel. It was clean and safe. There are restaurants and convenience stores located close by. The staff was very efficient and patient. We loved the set up of the room, particularly the kitchenette. Great hotel to stay in. Very welcoming. Stayed here for 2 nights, and it's a great place to stay at for such a cheap price. I will definitely return.

Pamper Me I really enjoyed my stay. The check in /check out process went very smoothly with Ms. Shaun, she was very polite and pleasant. I have a Pamper Me Day 2 times a month with 1 of them being a night away from home. Your hotel was perfect because of the kitchen. I could stay in the room and relax and not have leave.

Great price We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service shown by the front desk agent. The room was very nice and cozy. My only and biggest complaint was that there was a used bar of soap left in the shower and there was a drop of blood under the mirror in the bathroom.
