Good stay, good service Wish they had an actual dining area to eat like other hotels, but for a last minute rebound via expedia couldn't beat it

Sufficient for the price Hotel and amenities were very convenient. The location is only 10 min. from the waterfront. The staff was very nice and helpful but there were a few issues. The shower did not come with a shower curtain and nobody came to clean or replace towels when were gone.

Near BWI Bed was like sleeping on a box of rocks. However there was, thankfully, a new looking recliner chair. I slept there. The bathroom sink did not drain. And, when you know you're only having a guest for 1 night the least you could do is provide a plastic cup so people could take their pills in the morning. I am sure it is in your write up somewhere that you don't provide ANY amenities but no one ever reads that stuff. Very nice hotel close to bwi I had to choose a hotel that night because my flight got cancelled, so my son went online and found this hotel and that particular night they only had three rooms left, and when I got online, they only had two, so needless to say, I booked it right away. And I was just in awe, I've never seen a hotel room with a FULL KITCHEN in it. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
