The staff was friendly. One night someone played very loud music until 1 am.

The room that they gave me smell like smoke and its suppose to be a non smoking room

First time ever in an Extended Stay hotel. Very surprised they provided no plates, napkins, silverware, etc. Does the company do that everywhere?

Our shuttle to the airport never showed up ☹️ We were told it would be there at 5:15 and it never came
