The front desk people had attitude. Housekeeping never came to my room to clean or restock anything. We had to take out or own trash & when asked for clean towels no wash clothes were available.

The bathroom conditions were not up to par at all. I checked in after about 6:30pm and was told that housekeeping would have my room ready shortly. I went up to the room after waiting about 10 -15 mins. I was greeted by a very nice housekeeper who was finishing up the room. He casually told me that there is a plunger under the bathroom sink, in the event I needed it. It was decent It was good but almost great. What hotel gives you one single wash cloth, one single hand towel in a room? This hotel... The upside it was quiet and peaceful. Relatively clean. It had nothing other extended stays have in the room, no utensils, plates, a single pot or pan. The price was good as well.

The front desk clerk was fantastic. It was uncontrollable circumstance at the BWI airport and so many people were already stressed and mad for the flights and she was so friendly, helpful, kind, and composed. She offered anyone unhappy with their room to go to another of the extended stay hotels in the area and shuttle service to those as well, even if it is after time the shuttles were running.
