Needs Better Housekeeping inside and out.... TV System was non interesting mostly info and sports, Cleanliness of room needs improvement, Wi-Fi Low Budget and very slow, Ground property (i.e. stairwells balcony and entrance) needs detailing and cleaning cigarette buds, dog waste

Hotel close to the airport. We had two drives that were exceptionally great. Their names were Frances and Shawn. They both opened the door to the van each time. The other driver Vincent never opened the door and when I couldn't get the door closed he said try again. Then it closed he said open it you have to slam it. I am a woman with a bad back of course don't look like it, but his behavior was unexceptible. Vincent went on to say that this is his second job his side money he has a real job.
