We found black hairs and spiders on the bed linen, bath tub in rough shape but functional! Beds very hard and musty smell from air conditioning unit

Everything was just awful. And the roaches were omg disgusting wanted to complain but instead just checked out. This will be a first and last time at this place

The room was absolutely disgusting; the smell was something I couldn't even identify; their were too many loitering people in parking lot outside of rooms (exterior doors) and the bathtub/shower was the filthiest thing I've literally ever seen in hotel (I have pics) I didn't even take a shower it was so bad! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here.

Super dirty outside, dog poop everywhere. The website says breakfast and all they serve is cheap coffee and a muffin. Staff doesn’t have customer service skills. The pillows had a sweat smell,lots of dust under bed, the place is super old in general. It really needs to be remodel big time.

I'd rather spend the night at the airport Not at all like the pictures. Should not be advertised as a hotel. It's a smelly dirty unsafe place. We had to make a night there due to flight cancellations. But I would have much rather spent the night at the airport had I known what a dump it is.

Bad America, Why would I stay?!?!?!?! I never stayed at the Hotel/Motel!!!!! I checked in mistakenly after booking online. I reviewed the room and property decided that this was NOT the place for my wife and I. I immediately went down to cancel the room, and the Front Desk conveniently came up with a lame excuse saying that they had to charge me for one night! Shame on "Stay America" Brand!
