no shuttle van, room old and little dirty

Help I did Not stay I had To leave the room was awful and I made A complaint there were small bugs and it stunk

Late check in was the worse The fridge was really dirty with something splattered all down the side of it you could see because it was near the counter. The phone didn't work. Check in was the worse. They couldn't find my room or reservation. Then when they did, they didn't have the room. I took a handicapped room. Check in took about a hour.

The rooms are small an outdated. When the next door guest takes shower you can hear it in the room. Could not sleep the last night as room next door they decided to take a 2 hour shower at midnight. When I contacted the front desk they were not very helpful and would not change my room. Do not recommend it.
