Very personable, helpful staff! I was visiting friends in Baltimore and stayed here for 6 nights. I was able to exchange towels and grab extra toilet paper at any hour with no problem (because it's an extended stay, they have full service once a week, but you're in charge of small things like that), and every single person I met on the staff was very friendly. Great hotel ... with kitchen! The staff was excellent, courteous, helpful, especially the woman from Algeria at the front desk!

Nice place for the money and the staff was great. There was a power outage during our stay and they offered to send my wife and I a Guest Coupon without us asking. I thought that was very professional considering the outage was a Mother Nature project and no fault of the hotel.

Overall a good stay. It is convenient to have a small kitchen. The price was a little steep for the amenities offered. No pool or gym. I would recommend this hotel in spite of the price. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly

real nice room Oh I really enjoyed the room. The fact that there is stove in the room and a walmart down street and pans in the room and 2 of everything. 2 spoons and 2 plates and 2 cooking pans. It was just a wonderful place to stay.

Great Stay! We had a great stay. Awesome room with a small kitchenette which was great with having a baby. We were hesitant at first b/c of some of the past reviews, but I think they stemmed from having a bar across the street (Which is now closed down) Overall, great stay for the price.

Disappointing. When we arrived we noticed the following: 1) no maps of the area needed to plan our activities, 2) no material in the room or lobby showing places to eat or entertainment. 3) no one at the desk new of places to eat or entertainment.
