Nice place but I got little sleep The hotel was clean and the personnel great. My problem was with the NOISE of the heating unit, refridgerator, and toilet. And the walls could definitely be referred to as "paper thin."
Good for business traveler Pros: Excellent staff. Very clean and quiet. Good for business travel. Very nice kitchenette. Cons: Not a great neighborhood. My room had a stale odor. Someone had recently smoked in the room, even though it is non-smoking. Odor also in hallways / landings. Old TV with ~10 channels. Queen bed is on a standard frame. Don't sit on the end of it! A/C works well but is LOUD. Had to turn off to get some sleep.

Long term stay My arrival to the hotel was ok. Receptionist not so customer friendly. Hallways clean, room clean but with some odor, not sure what it smell like. Room and amenities were great. Appriciate the fact that rooms had a fridge, stove, sink, dishes, and microwave. Room was good size and with comfortable bed and chair. TV cable could have more channels to select from. Hotel in great location, close to shopping & freeways.
Exceptional Service Hotel receptionists and manager made our stay perfect. They were helpful, professional, and friendly at all times. Whatever the issue, they spent time making it right from my viewpoint. My husband and I will always stay there when visiting my hometown.
efficient I was in town for a week, and the set up of the room was helpful. There was plenty of light and desk space to help study. Also, the kitchen is a great benefit when you don't want to be dining out for every meal. It's not luxurious, but efficient- which is what I needed.
