Front desk staff was very personable and helpful. I was surprised there was not shampoo/soap/etc.
Place was fine with exception to noise from plumbing and a loud refrigerator. People smoking at front door where you had go through them to get inside.
A good facility, clean with friendly and helpful staff.
Old carpet and smells bad around entrance
Overall was disappointed with this hotel. Bed we booked was queen, the bed we got was definitely a full. Only 3 pillows and they were all flat, when we asked for more they gave us a hard time but finally gave us 2 more. The “to-go breakfast” was literally coffee and granola bars. I was thinking there’s at least be muffins or fruit. Also with our room being on the first floor couldn’t open the curtains to let the sun in because there was no inner curtain to prevent people from seeing in.
We were greeted very warmly.
