Customer service the worst They need to add more worker and train the front desk clerk how to handle problem with erros done by 3 party

Noisy Family down the hall left at 7 AM and left their dog in the room which started barking constantly until 9:30 AM when they came back.

Internet failure All was ok, except that during the 3 days I was there (June 5, 6, and 7, 2016) I could not use the WIFI. The internet connection was almost always "partial" which meant I couldn't get it at all. I did notify the front desk the first day. Occasionally, I could get into the internet, but only for a few moments. I just couldn't do my work at all for 3 days. To me, this is important, and I wouldn't want to stay there again if the problem is not dealt with.

MOLD I had stayed there a couple of times. I thought it was a good value for the money. The last two times I had stayed there I woke up with sinus pressure and thought it was just cold room, etc. Nope MOLD all in the ceiling. Noticed this in the AM and upon checkout asked for manager and all they did is apologize. Stay Away.

CLOGGED TOILET - THEN CONTINUED TO GET WORSE This was the worst hotel stay I have had in years. It started with the toilet in our room being clogged and almost overflowing before we had ever used it. Next the TV remote was stuck in search mode and the TV could not be operated. We called the front desk to inform them and a very rude young lady came to the room and tapped on the remote and it started working but not for long. No ice There was no pool or hot tub. After a long day that would have been nice. There was no ice. No ice anywhere on site. I like a cold drink of water on a hot day, no ice

Better in Pictures The hotel looked much nicer online. The room did not match the description. The room was dingy, amenities old and in bad condition. Chipped paint and banged up appliances. I would not stay here again or recommend it. They do not let you control your rooms temperature either. Not worth the money.
