Will not book here again I had a reservation I stay here every weekend for 2 or 3 nights. The last time I went to check in they refused to check me in saying they couldnt when I had a reservation and a confirmation number. And the lady would not tell me why, I finally called and they said they found evidence of me smoking in my room. I don't smoke, never have and will. I won't be going back. Fairfield inn & suites is so much nicer and cleaner.

There were dirty clothes in the closet. Overall just wasn’t very clean. Shower barely trickled. No coffee pot.

No lotion, conditioner, body wash, shampoo, no breakfast as advertised. Had to ask for dishes as kitchen was not stocked at all.

Report of cigarette smoke apparently ignored They said entire building was smoke-free facility when I checked in. At 4am I was awakened by strong cigarette smoke coming from bathroom vent. I turned on my own vent in bathroom to prevent it from coming back into my room, and closed the bathroom door. Then opened the window to air out the room. Liked dog friendly. Our keys didn't work they put us on second floor no king they changed me to two queen. No information on internet or places that delivered food and back door to the pet area did not work. 3 am walking to elevator and outside was not fun

NO MORE EXTENDED STAY Expecting queen beds, we got full beds. NO BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED, but they refer you to IHOP which is more money. Rooms not really handicap accessible, AS REQUESTED. Trash not emptied. NO room amenities, cups, tea, pen,note pad, etc
