I had 3 paper towels and no bodywash when I arrived. There was no sponge or dish soap. Day 2 I awoke to a barking dog. Barked for over an hour. Tried to call the front desk. However, there was no phone chord. I had to ask for coffee for day 2.

Our experience was HORRIBLE. Coffee was left over from the pervious guest, there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom and the service was terrible. They were short staffed and when we asked to have our room cleaned it was not done. We had to asked several times for towels and the staff was rude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a king suite for 3 adults but when we arrived only a single king was available. We needed the sofa bed for the third person. I had to call Expedia to get help canceling the room and finding another.

I mainly booked the room because the ad said there would be breakfast; but no breakfast because I had a microwave and frig. It was 32 degrees and the unit didn't work. Had to change rooms. The bed was too close to the wall. Had to jump in and out of bed to go to restroom. The WORST thing was the arm chairs. They were so worn, we had to put towels on them to sit. Did not rest well with the mattress. Kept rolling.
