We were there for my husband 's brother funeral i had made arrangements for a room for the handicap because my wife is in a wheelchair and cannot stand we paid for our room and was assigned a room number. When we got there they given our room to someone they said could not stand the same as my wife.We weregiven another room and had to change rooms the next morning,the funeral was that morning. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we have stayed there, and now this will be our last. Staff is great, but the fact that they don’t have an ice machine, no breakfast, room ac is eco friendly so it only works if people are moving around in the room, and the furniture was a disaster. When we got to the room there was a weird strong smell in hall and in room, we were told they just did a deep clean on the whole hotel. Smelled like burning. Trash can was full of trash when we got in room. Bedding was dirty.

The room that I stayed in wasn't cleaned very well. Hair in the bathtub, the floors against the wall hadn't been vacuumed and there was a dead roach on the floor. The inside of the exterior door and the door to the bathroom needed cleaned or repainted. The ice maker in the fridge didn't make much ice.

Did not clean our room during stay. Had to request fresh linens. AC was not working well. Room was extremely humid. No night stand on one side of bed. Chairs in room were VERY dated and worn. Also noticed the same in the computer room downstairs. Poor experience. Usually happy with Expedia, but this was a BIG miss.

Never again Was not impressed- I’ve stayed here before and had no real complaints but this time - OMG! The bathroom floor was filthy looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I reported it to the desk the next morning, when we returned that night nothing had been done about it. I had left a wash rag showing the dirt from the floor and it was still laying there. I took that rag down to the desk to lodge an official complaint. I gave the desk clerk my name and phone number so management could contact me. She stated she wo... read more
