Smelly and Nasty The hotel carpet in the hallway leading to rooms is smelly and filthy. The room bath tub very dirty. The kitchen was dirty and refrigerator was banged up, the desk chair was soiled and dirty, the carpet had holes in it in the room. The area to hang your clothes had rust on it. It was just grossed. We check in and out within minutes of the hotel.
We arrived after 11PM, and found the check-in desk completely closed; a metal pull-down gate sealed the counter. We had to use the phone in the entry (which is between two sets of glass doors) to call for a front desk attendant. The phone should be on the desk with sign that instructs what to do when there is no one at the check-in desk. The room was missing the t.v. remote control. Office was not open 90% of the time we were there and was told that we were allowed one towel per person unless we wanted to pay for extra. There was no soap, shampoo or anything in the bathroom or small sink. What a joke of a property and is not as advertised
I was very tired 😴 We checked in late so I had to wait in the lobby for someone to come check me in. He brought a laptop to the lobby to do my check in and scan my license and while doing so he allowed a guest to stand beside him and look at my information 😡
I have been here before about a year ago and it has taken a turn. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been in.
First off it is a bad smell in the walk way into the property. when you check in you find out that you have to pay $1.75 to exchange your towels if you want clean towels per each one. If you want any type of utensils or cookware that is stated is available inside the unit, you have to pay an additional $25 for each one. and return it when you’re done with no refund. Room was dirty looking plus my tv didn’t work and at 6am in the morning some crackhead knocked on my room door looking for another crack head
