Worst Experience Horrible, it was very old and outdated, bathroom tub and sheets were not clean, kitchen was not equipped, I was told to use the same towels due to they did not have anymore because the hotel was full and there were no more available, the clerk did not know how to print out a receipt, it was very noisy I had to call every night to ask the clerk to call the room above me to lower their noise I have stayed in many ESA’s but this one was the worst and I will not stay at this location ever again. The only option for water Temperature was boiling hot. The hallways smells like a pet store. The room was disgusting. The towels & sheets smelled of a fish smell.

This is the hotel is by far the most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed in. The shower apparently hadn’t been cleaned in months, there was a roach in my room, there was hair on the towels, the halls smell like a combination of smoke and mildew and my room key was repeatedly deactivated. So if cleanliness is optional and you relish the opportunity the reside in an unsanitary infested cesspool of bacteria, make you reservations for Extended Stay in Baton Rouge.

Unorganized It was a very asty and unorganized stay. Main office cancelled my reservation when i got there to check in. So i had to buy a room through the hotel. I booked my first reservation on hotels. Com. And they will not refund my 104.00 room they cancelled. DO NOT BOOK WITH EXTENDED STAY ON CORPORATE. People are hanging out til all hours of the night with lawn chairs.
