Internet did not work and had to spend an hour or more on the phone with internet provider to get it to work. Did not realize that was my job or part of staying at this hotel.

well when they say extended stay, that's what they mean. as a n over night guest I would not go there again. 1st they did not honor the request of a king size bed that I made 2 days before thought expedia. So in order to get the discount I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone with expedia to get the discount. If you want a paper cup for your room you had to ask for it. There was a line of two or three people. and one guest agent. The other guy in the office did not chip in to help her.
The room smelled bad and there were dead bugs in the bed. On the bright side the young woman at the front desk was great.

This hotel was an easy exit from the 90 after a day of traveling. I would hardly consider granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee to be a full breakfast though
