Bad sleep The bed's were lumpy and uncomfortable, they need a mattress topper. And the pillows were flat so it felt like you had no pillow, definitely need new one's plus you need TV guide didn't like scrolling to see what was on TV. Other than that very pleasant stay staff was very nice

Not my best experience. There were a few things I felt uncomfortable about. Not all employees were wearing masks and no guests that I saw. There was no ice machine. I was given a room that was already occupied and walked in on other guests. On the other hand it was very quiet, no loud air conditioner running, little street noise, comfortable.

One of the agents at the counter was rude, check in was late and there was no offer of compensation or apology, the mask mandate posted and document you had to sign were not enforced and management was unprofessional and dismissive.
