Great hotel by far Excellent customer service only bad point they do not do cash for rentals credit or debit only

This property is not on the West End it is on the Southside. it is literally on the highway. Breakfast is granola bars ,instant oatmeal and coffee. We were on the highway side and you could hear all cars going by.

Nice location right off the highway for a quick sleepover and back on the road the next day. Breakfast is muffins and coffee.

Hotel was fine. Hotels.com loyalty program and customer service is terrible. I am a dissatisfied customer but they don’t care
