Bed sheets were stained. Every time I called to the front no one answered. No restroom near the front desk. No pool. Take and go breakfast not that great.

Everything was good except the fire alarms went off at 11:30 pm. Kind of hard to go back to sleep.

The rooms were clean but I did not feel safe inside or outside the building

My room was not clean. Hallways dirty, elevator floor sticky and dirty. No coffee in the rooms nor in the lobby. Horrible experience.

The lobby, elevator, hallways were all very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Our room was a bit better. The landscaping is full of weeds. The breakfast they say is included consists of microwave oatmeal and frozen muffins. The room had a kitchenette but you have to ask for even a coffee maker. Would not recommend this place.
Orbitz needs to fix its rating system—this property is nowhere near a 7.2, it deserves a 5 at best. The front desk host smelled of cigarettes, the lobby floors were filthy, and although the room was clean, there was no internet code posted anywhere. When I called at 11 p.m. for help, the desk was already closed. With plenty of hotels nearby, I regret not demanding a refund.
The shower was filthy with mold.
