Ok for the price. Was happy with the room in general and the cleanliness. The beds though are terrible. Would definitely stay again had it not been for the beds. Also was disappointed with the breakfast options. It was mostly a snack bar.
We got in late and had to search to find someone to get us keys. Got to room and there are no sheets, comforters or towels. Had to go back to the getting desk, no one was there again. So we searched for where sheets, blankets and towels were and got them ourselves. Upon check out the front desk person rolled there eyes and tossed muffins at us for the complimentary breakfast. Then said to take it up with someone else.
Nothing. Service is terrible..staff not paying attention in the reception.. no availble hot water for tea. Hallway is dirty as well as the elevator.

Staff is aggressive a worker swung a cane at me after trying to hit on me on the elevator. Another came to my room banging on the door to yell at me for putting a trash can in the hallway saying they will not do trash service or any service for me. The booking says free breakfast but there is no breakfast. I stayed for a night and was disgusted, I slept with my clothes on and on top of the blanket. Man playing fetch with a dog right in front of the entrance. Just too much going on.

The floors were terribly filthy. No utensils in the kitcken. The fold out couch had the shedt on it from the previous guests crumbs all over it. We definitely wont stay there again.
