Experience at hotel. Our stay would not have been the best if it was not for Mandy at the front desk. When we arrived the initial room we requested was not available and we were given another room. Upon entering this room we immediately knew this was not the room for us. Mandy went out of her way not just once but twice to ensure we were happy with our room.
