Nice place but read the fine print The room and the location were fine - the room was clean, and the hotel was easy to find, and in a good location. Staff was very friendly but I did have a problem that the kitchen was not equipped with anything - even a coffeemaker. And there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The hotel clerk was supposed to explain that you have to ask for what you need and they bring it to you. He did not and I ended up going down to the desk to find out how to get them. There was no ice maker on premises. I had to go buy bags of ice. The pillows were literally flat as board. Comforters thin and cheap. Had to order silverware and dishes from from desk. Had to order pots and pans from front desk. I've stayed in extended stays before and this was by far the worst. The customer service was awesome but the amenities were bad.

A little disappointed There was 2 pillow cases under the bed, and the side table had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. There was the foil from a wine bottle on the table and the debri from glasses being there

Odd Experience Note - Extended Stay hotels apparently don't have ice machines...the front desk said I could make ice with ice cube trays that I could get from them, they were not already in the room. None of the items you would need to use the mini kitchen are in the room and when we asked for them they didn't have any available. After some insistence, we were told they would need to clean some items to make them available. You also have to ask for a hair dryer, that was a first for me.
