Inexpensive, super friendly staff. The bedding was clean and smelled wonderful. The gal behind the desk was awesome.

Fantastic, this Extended Stay of America in Great I was a little concerned about this Extended Stay of America in Bloomington because of the reviews that were really somewhat troubling. But, from the moment I walked in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist and my first impression of the lobby: I felt at ease. Affordable and clean Nice place to stay and affordable . The staff was courteous and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the weather was bad and they could have done a better job with salting. The area was very slick. Besides the salting issue I would definitely recommend this place. I would stay there again.

I prefer to stay at E.S.A, you offer more. It would be nice to have free laundry or a coin machine in the laundry room.

I've been traveling a lot from Iowa in Illinois. This has been the best hotel experience so far. Employees were very nice and didn't make you feel like you were a nuisance for staying there. Only downfall was I asked for an ashtray for my room and they had none. She gave me a glass and has me use that. No big deal though! Keep up the good work here!

We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room and the items we selected in the vending area were not very fresh.
