Odd Experience Note - Extended Stay hotels apparently don't have ice machines...the front desk said I could make ice with ice cube trays that I could get from them, they were not already in the room. None of the items you would need to use the mini kitchen are in the room and when we asked for them they didn't have any available. After some insistence, we were told they would need to clean some items to make them available. You also have to ask for a hair dryer, that was a first for me. Satisfactory economical stay We were not aware that there were no common areas for groups to get together. That was somewhat disappointing as we were traveling with several couples and we like to get together in evening and visit. We have never been to a hotel that didn't have at least a small area with seating to gather so it didn't occur to me to ask before making my reservation. All in all our visit was satisfactory. It was in close driving proximity to the US Cellular Coliseum and to restaurants. Heads up...the kitchenet... read more
