There was a used washcloth in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like stale smoke. The person working at the front couldn't stop playing the game on her phone during the checkout process. No communication except for hello...

We have stayed there several times.. some rooms are ok.. you get what you pay for.. But this last stay.. I went to use the microwave, the (micrwave) dish and all underneath was soaking wet. I can only assume the dish was placed in there wet, IDk. I Went to open the window and the bottom of it started to come out. The curtains were Nasty. When i closed them they were very dusty and had white stays everywere. Ehen the front desk called our room, the phone handle was sticky and gross.. we won't be returning...

Good for the buck! No many amenities but not expensive also I had an impression that many rooms were rented by DTA for displaced families.

Smells like weed all the time Not bad at all. Good size room. The pillows were tiny and awful, and the hallways and elevator stank of weed 24/7, but that's because of the people not the place. There was no housekeeping for the 5 days I was there. No maid service. Not sure if that's normal or not.

Could be better but service made it all worth it. Hotel Manager and Cheyenne at the front desk are top notch! In the worst conditions ,dealing with a blizzard, they went far above and beyond in being helpful and friendly. The room itself was large enough but the furniture was dated and uncomfortable. The kitchenette and appliances have seen better days and the flooring was pretty worn. All that being said, the service itself made the stay pleasant, I'll be back if we get another blizzard!

Extended Stay America Boston - Braintree Things I liked: Pleasant staff, clean room. The breakfast included muffins, energy bars and oatmeal. Not great, but was enough to get me started for the day. I liked the easy access to and from Logan Airport. (17 minutes on a Sunday morning). I didn't like the fact that they didn't have drinking cups in the room (not even foam or paper).
