Convenient location. The hotel was great with complimentary coffee in the morning. Our room had a kitchen, which was unexpected and a great surprise. The area had a mall, a few restaurants and very convenient to the highway.

Place has huge potential, definitely needs to be cleaned throughly. No maid service, only if you stay for 7 or more days. Staff was very friendly.

The room was sufficient for a one night stay, but the kitchenette was a waste of space. The kitchen didn't have any silverware (plastic or otherwise), dinnerware, or cooking vessels. I would be sorely disappointed if I was staying a week or so (it being an extended stay hotel) and had nothing to cook with or eat on/with.
Horrible no silver ware no napkins no ice They told us check out was at 12pm but someone came and knocked at our door so unprofessional
Has that very distinctive, odd smell that all ESA's have, which I'd forgotten about when booking. Still the most affordable hotel in the area for my visit though it seemed overpriced by a third given the quality/cleaniness of the room/hotel. Still, a good bed/shower/fridge - it did the trick.

No silverware in room, had to go to front desk. They gave me a fork with bend teeth and did not clean room or fresh towels.
Manager Que & Hilda was very friendly & accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Could be better I asked to have a late checkout to be able to shower and leave the area. I just needed a few minutes but was declined the request with no sense of courtesy or worry about being accommodating. It was very disappointing.
