Room smelled. Dated and not clean feeling. Would not stay again.

Did not receive housekeeping, the room had an awful stench that hey claimed they couldn't fix and claimed they couldn't switch my room, also called for two wake up calls during my stay and didn't receive either. I will not be staying here again. However, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and somewhat disorganized, but the hotel its self fell way below my expectations

Thumbs Up! this was the return leg of a NY family reunion trip. Accommodations were excellent. Would stay here again.

Last minute booking ok but costly! I booked at the last minute for a visit to my daughter in Quincy, MA. The hotels left were all quite expensive. This one had the lowest cost at about $200 for the night with taxes and fees. It was more of a $100-125 hotel in my opinion. The night staff were friendly and helpful at my late check in, the morning staff not so much. Pleasant and quiet stay. As name implies the hotel is designed for longer term stays I was there for 2 days. Had a nice refrigerator and 2 burner stove. I would have appreciated a coffee packet in morning, otherwise clean with a friendly staff.

Extended Stay for Son's Hockey tournament This was our first time staying and an Extended Stay America. The room was comfortable but not as large as I had thought. There was no housekeeping unless you paid an extra $10 per night. If you wanted towels you needed to take your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them. You needed to request kitchenware as there was none in the rooms. It was just not what we expected. Comfortable and clean Ruthanne at the front desk was awesome. Very welcoming and accomodating. Nice area, close to mall. Great experience!

Staff was terrible. Prior to and during our stay. I'm not sure if there's any extended stay place in America that doesn't have plastic spoons or forks to hand out to guests. But this Braintree extended-stay certainly had a few staff members not willing to look to see if they had any extra plastic Sporck's so that me and my girl if I could eat Chinese food together
