Staff was terrible. Prior to and during our stay. I'm not sure if there's any extended stay place in America that doesn't have plastic spoons or forks to hand out to guests. But this Braintree extended-stay certainly had a few staff members not willing to look to see if they had any extra plastic Sporck's so that me and my girl if I could eat Chinese food together

What the curry? The room comes with a kitchen but it had no kitchen equipment. There was a paper stating it was all available at front desk but we only stayed two nights so we never bothered. The room did have a strong curry smell to it that lingered through out our stay so it was evident that the last person to stay there did ask for kitchen equipment.

They are present A solo bug wont make a big difference They exist everywhere specially in this bathroom

It was fine It'll work- it's a place to sleep. However, the biggest thing to note is- do not stay here if you're utilizing public transportation to get around Boston. The bus near the hotel is not very reliable, and it's not a close/ convenient walk to the T line. The other thing I noticed- the rooms are comfortable enough, but I slept very poorly here. Between the flashing of the smoke detector (every 3 seconds) and the carbon monoxide detector (every 24 seconds), the noise from the AC, and the noise from the fridge/freezer... read more

Just "ok". I guess I'm spoiled...this was my first stay at this brand facility. I had reasonable expectations, but quickly measured my 1st impressions with what I expected! My observation? No power door openers...a real hassle when pulling/carrying luggage. Front desk personnel was polite. Narrow hallways. Dimly lit hallways. Building shook when someone walked past our room. (Now that was interesting!) plus, there was a stale aroma in the room. None of these were deal-breakers, but had hoped for a more positive experience. B... read more

Great location Hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is located in a good area. Manager was very helpful to me during the mixup with my room charges.
