Nice Hotel Convenient to Shopping and Travel I needed a hotel for 5 nights while I worked on a job 15 minutes away. I was glad to be matched with this convenient efficiency room with a kitchenette. I was able to prepare meals to my liking and not have to eat out. It was perfect for my needs. The hotel staff was friendly. The grab and go coffee bar was just enough...the coffee was excellent. All in all, a very good stay.

scarce amenities There was no shampoo, conditioner or hand cream in the bathroom. Now granted, this is an Extended Stay Hotel where most people bring their own amenities as they are staying for an extended period but I imagine some people like us only stay one night. The staff was friendly and it was great that Macaroni Grill was next door.
just the basics very basic hotel. not even an ice machine.
Over all our experience was good. We had a problem with the unit above our room, regarding cigeratte smoke coming through the vent in the bathroom. Some loud noises at night outside and in our hallway at least two times in the night. It woke me and my daughter up!

Extended Stay needs to do better! Check In Desk unmanned upon arrival with no answer to phone number recommended on sign. Waited 20' to check in. Desk staff didn't apologize and was impersonal throughout the check in process. This is my second Extended Stay experience in 1 year and the staff in each case was impersonal and unwelcoming.

Location is very convenient and staff were very pleasant, but my room smelled like a dirty ash tray along with the pillows and bedding. The bathroom door was dirty with smudges and the sink faucets weren't cleaned well from prior guests.
