I checked in on a Friday and went to desk for clean towels and I was told they don't give out towels on the weekend!?!?!?!?!Never heard of any place doing that.That should have been my first sign to check out....

Worst stay ever! The first room I was given didn’t have a refrigerator and wasn’t very clean. The second room had cockroaches all over dead and alive and the third room the heat barely worked and the refrigerator was on its highest setting and did not keep anything cold!!

whole floor is smells trash and rooms smells bad and carpet have stains and marks, checking out right away

The experience was horrible, dirty corridors, dirty elevator, very bad service, and they will still charge me for two nights even though I had already paid for it here. I will have to look into this for my refund. Terrible hotel

This place is dirty and smells. Clearly shows never sweeps. I had to buy air freshner so my son wasnt smelling smoke scent in a non smoking room. I originally got a room never cleaned and staff just seems like they dont even want to help at all. I couldnt even get extra towels apparently. They made me feel as if im the inconvenience. Overall just poor.
