Never Again ! If I could give a zero, I most definitely would. I lady who was rude as hell, griping to us that was just her so there’d be no towels( I requested only enough for 4 adults as my reservation stated. Counter was dirty, so was floor and shower in our room. Foul odor in halls and room like fresh unventilated paint. One of people in our party’s eyes burnt entire time. Worst experience of my life. Oh, and every soda machine was not working and stole your 3.75 and we were told there’s nothing they could do about it.

The room had dirty towels, the tub was gross had marks and pieces off it. The outside of the fridge was gross

Got into the first room, the whole room smelled. The stove didn't even look safe to use. Pulled up the covers and the mattress protector was covered in blood stains. Called the front desk and they wouldnt even come up to look at it. Went down to the lobby and they have the manager go check room 328, the manager then calls the front desk and the lady tells her to try 314. They overbooked and when i went to check in well before cut off time they didnt have a room for me. I booked it over a month ago and you just give it away? I was not happy.

The property is very dirty and staff don't care. They do not serve breakfast except having some coffee and muffins. The hot water was out once I got to the station and I asked for hot water for a hot chocolate but the front desk lady told me "what you see is what you get"
