It's an old property. They are very short staffed, the rooms are very basic not as comfortable as the photos. Staff was helpful and friendly but over worked. Vending machines are broken and not owned by the hotel so good luck getting your money back. The wifi is not reliable especially if you need to connect for work. Convenient to Burlington shops, mall and stores.

First of all they called me two hours before I was checking my room to tell me my two rooms weren’t available. How was that? Then they said they upgraded us to a king bed and pull out sofa. First of all the pull of sofa I had to get the sheets and I had to put together. My room had 3 pillows for 4 people. I asked for a pillow and they were all out.

Rooms smelled bad. Dirty linens.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They cant even provide basic amenities like hot water to shower in.

Gross! Mine and my family stay was not the most pleasant. First they "upgraded" us to 2 queens to 1 king and a pull out. With our informing us they were doing so. We did not see this as an upgrade due to the fact we had 4 ppl staying and the pull out bed was not big enough nor comfortable enought to sleep .There was also dirty sock in the pull out bed when we did pull it out.
