Disrespectful front desk agents. I had a late check in, they have a phone to call to let you in. I might have got him disturbed during his sleep or something I don't know..... I was treated so bad that I ended up not staying. A customer should never be treated this way.

No one at the front desk I waited over 5 minutes just to checked in. Once staff arrived, she wasn't polite nor greet properly. Onces up in the room, as soon as i turn on lights, I see a big roach. Had to stay there for one night but the next night she be able to updgraded to a different room which is kind of nice. I hope I didnt bring any of roaches home!

Very dirty. Strong Weed smell from the parking lot. There are many people with kids actually live there. There was no room clean service. A staff said they do cleaning once a week. You have to bring a dirty towel to receptiion desk to get a clean towel. I am not that picky and I know we get what we pay for. I have stayed at a even cheaper hotel than here but it was much better. Stay away!

I found that in this particular stay the room was apparently fine but once you looked at it, it seems cleaning was very poor including garbage under the refrigerator and under the beds including empty water bottles. nice people at the front desk but someone should take care of the cleaning inside the rooms

The hotel room was incredibly old and run down. Rusty refrigerator and stove top, broken handles on the dresser. At least 8 empty vodka bottles under the bathroom sink. Asked for another room. Was just as dirty and run down

The hotel is terrible. smell to marijuana. they give the bed sheets, pillows and blanket to you at front desk. So you have to do a housekeeping job.
