We were assigned a room next to outside where people smoke and despite that the windows were closed...still smelled smoke in room and nearby stairway. Good thing is front desk Sarah found us a new room which was great. 1st room was not clean also . A lot of young families and pets on premise

Everything about this hotel was nice—except the AC/heat. It was one of those low wall units that blows out hot or cold air. Unfortunately, in the King suite it is about 10 inches from the bed. The draperies up into the aug and then blew directly on ballooned up into air and danced around and then had a direct hit on the people in the bed. We had to shut the AC off. The place has a small kitchen, but there isn’t a pot or dish in the place. A few changes and this hotel would be very nice.
