Fine room, not so fine customer service I was not impressed with the customer serivice of this trip. I arrived at 3:10 with a checkin time at 3, and found out at 3:30 after waiting in line for 20 minutes (and the front desk answering every call that came in immediately without putting them on hold) that my room wouldn't be ready for another hour. Check in took about 30 minutes not counting the person in front of me. The gentleman was nice but didn’t seem to know what to do. Breakfast was a few granola bars and some oatmeal selections along with not so great coffee. There was also a very weird smell on the third floor in the hall.

This place sucks I paid for a deluxe king suite and they gave me a queen. Room not deluxe and still charged me almost 280.00 when it should be 240.00 nd they wont give my money back on my card cuz I dont have my I.d on me I shouldn't have to go through having to ask for my money back when they should just make the change it was their mess up 5here is no plastic cups to drink out of breakfast isn't a breakfast it's disgusting coffee nd a oatmeal packet

Unsatisfied The hotel room was really dirty in the corners in the bathroom were wads of hair and dirt. The toilet had not been cleaned. There were no blow dryers available. Check in process is the worst ive ever experianced
