Cigarette smoke despite "no smoking" signs Staff were fine, if away from the front desk a little too much! The main reason I have given mostly "fair' ratings was due to the cigarette smoke in the halls, even tho' every room in that hallway was marked as "no smoking" and in fact I thought it was a smoke free property. Again, the front desk staff were accommodating, and the room was clean, but the cigarette smells were a big deal breaker for me. I won't go back again, sadly.

A little outdated rooms but made up for with friendliness of staff

Inconsistent My first booking was okay with cleanliness not being a real problem. In a different room on my second stay and found the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The shower curtain had visible mold along the bottom and the tub had not been scrubbed at all. There was bath tub ring 3/4 of the way up the side of the tub. The toilet had not been cleaned at all. Refrigerator had not been cleaned off on the outside and the outlet closest to the kitchen sink did not work. The kitchen sink faucet was askew and when I tried... read more
