A room to eat breakfast in is needed. Also, better selections for breakfadt such as eggs, bagels, pancakes, waffles, omelet station, fresh fruits, yogurts is needed.

A/c in our room didn’t work, the bed was uncomfortable, cobwebs on the lights, no ice machine, no hair dryer

Room was stuffy with lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Pillows were useless. The chain generally needs to have dryers in the rooms. Grab & go breakfast was didn't have too many choices. Room and bathroom were both clean.

I was not overly thrilled with this hotel. Staff was un-engaging the elevators and hallways smelled of smoke. I was there From Monday through Wednesday and not one time did house keeping come to my room. The unit down the hall had their trash barrel in the hall for three days, never emptied or moved. Over all It was terrible just not very good. It was more a motel experience.
