We were assigned a room next to outside where people smoke and despite that the windows were closed...still smelled smoke in room and nearby stairway. Good thing is front desk Sarah found us a new room which was great. 1st room was not clean also . A lot of young families and pets on premise

Room was not cleaned well. sink had food crumbs in it, no toilet paper, etc. just dirty overall. service at the front desk was polite but slow, only 1 person on staff.
